Doors open 16th February 2026

Your patient’s pain flares again, your traditional treatments skills aren’t working, and there’s no space or time to admit you’re stuck.

You’re not alone… every clinician hits this snag.

Do you wish every session pushed progress forward instead of looping back to square one?

Are you feeling boxed in when a flare-up wipes out last week’s gains and there’s no one you can safely sound out?

Do you want to stand out in a crowded market without spending your weekends locked into yet another long course?

Yes?

Then make sure you’re first in line when the doors open.

We’re keeping this first intake small, so every member gets the most hands-on, high-impact support possible. Waitlist members get first access when doors open.

How it works

Most professional development teaches you what to do. The CPM Foundation teaches you how to think differently, communicate, and continuously improve.

  • $Structured Peer Supervision: Work within a facilitator-led framework that keeps feedback constructive and actionable. Start by observing, contribute when ready.
  • $Advanced Communication Modules: Master Motivational Interviewing, Timelining, and other evidence-based approaches specifically adapted for working with patients who suffer from chronic pain.
  • $Complete Team Training: Ensure every team member reinforces your therapeutic work rather than undermining it.
  • $Real Case Integration: : Apply new skills immediately with peer support and expert guidance. Every tool is clinic ready.
  • $Ongoing Skill Development: : Unlike one-off courses, this is continuous growth with regular check-ins, updates, and skill refinement.
  • $Exclusive Practitioner Network: : Connect with other likeminded clinicians who share your dedication to excellence.
  • $Patient Referral Access: : As a CPM-trained practitioner, you'll receive priority access to our patient referral network – patients who find us through our marketing.

This isn’t just another course. It’s joining a movement that’s redefining how care is delivered to patients who suffer from chronic pain.

Most treatment setbacks aren’t about your skills;
they’re about your conversations.

Studies show that 87% of persistent pain setbacks come from communication breakdowns, not clinical gaps.

And with 3.6 million Australians living with chronic pain but only 1 in 10 receiving the care they need the demand for clinicians trained in these skills is growing.

This is your opportunity to become one of them.

Why your whole team needs these skills

The 30-Second scenario that undoes months of progress:

Imagine this: A patient who suffers from chronic pain finally opens up.

They’ve just shared the toll it’s taken on their relationships, their identity, their hope for the future. You’ve held space, asked the right questions, and helped them feel understood—maybe for the first time in months.

Then they head to the front desk to rebook.

“How are you feeling today?” asks your lovely receptionist.
“Still in pain, to be honest.”
“Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. Hopefully it’s not as bad as the patient we saw last week she ended up in hospital!”

It’s meant kindly, hoping to make the patient feel better.
But to the patient, it lands like this:
“Maybe I’m overreacting. Maybe my pain isn’t bad enough. Maybe I shouldn’t be here at all.”

The trust you built just moments ago?
Gone.

Not because your team lacks compassion but because they haven’t been trained in this kind of communication.

That’s why the CPM Foundation includes full team training so every touchpoint in your practice supports the therapeutic relationship you’ve worked so hard to build.

Imagine being able to successfully treat your patients and provide relief for their chronic pain.

Now you can.

Why Peer Review & Supervision Matter

We know self-reflection and peer review can feel awkward; we’ve been there.
Formal training seldom shows you how to seek a second clinical perspective without feeling exposed.

The CPM Foundation is an evidence-based, judgement-free space where clinicians grow as practitioners and as people.

  • Start by listening in watch peer cases under review, absorb the discussion, and bring your own only when you’re ready.
  • Work within a facilitator-led framework that keeps feedback constructive and actionable
  • Tap into evidence-based tools shown in studies to be 79% effective for sharper clinical reasoning and lower burnout

The Silent Gap – why skills stall

Stay in the traditional “shut the door, fix the patient, move on” culture, without supervision or peer review, and habits calcify, doubts fester, progress stalls, even in the best hands.

The evidence:

  • 87% of clinicians lose newly learned communication skills within weeks when they practise alone.¹
  • Supervised peer settings score 79% effectiveness for sharper reasoning and lower burnout.²

Without peer input With peer review & supervision
M Knowledge decay N  Skills stay current
M Confidence-competence gaps N  Doubts resolved fast
M Ethical blind spots N  Risks flagged early
M Outdated practice N Latest evidence shared

Peer review closes the gap, turning isolation into collective problem-solving you can use in the very next session

Why should I be in the first intake?

Founding members get special pricing ($197 vs $297), 1:1 mentoring access, case study observations, team training, lifetime 50% discount on all future programs, and direct input into program development. These benefits will never be offered again.

What happens after the first intake?

Doors close while we refine the program based on your feedback. The next cohort pays $297, doesn’t get team training or premium supervision benefits, and won’t have founding member status.

Do I get the Masterclass content too?

Absolutely! The Foundation includes everything from the Masterclass ($97 value) PLUS all the advanced Foundation training and resources. You’re getting the complete communication development system.

What exactly do I get that future members won't?

1:1 mentoring access, real-life case study observations, optional case presentation opportunities, and interactive peer review sessions. These will only be available in our monthly membership program ($197/month) after the founding cohort.

How much time does this require?

Everything is designed to fit around your practice. Monthly sessions, bite-sized modules, and tools you can implement immediately between appointments.

What if peer review feels intimidating?

You start by observing. Our facilitator-led approach ensures feedback is always constructive and professional. Many members say it becomes the highlight of their professional development.

Is this just for physiotherapists?

No. The program is designed for all healthcare practitioners working with patients who suffer from chronic pain – physios, OTs, psychologists, exercise physiologists, and more.

What if I'm not ready to commit to ongoing membership after 6 months?

No pressure at all! The 6-month Foundation program is complete on its own. You’ll have all the tools and training you need. The ongoing membership is simply an option for those who want continued support and development.

What if I don't see value?

14-day “You Can Stay or You Can Go” guarantee. Engage fully with the program for 14 days, and if you don’t see genuine value in your communication skills and practice outcomes, we’ll provide a full refund.
